Hows it going guys, As the title says im a complete rookie to archery and hunting. I work in a shop full of bow hunters and all the talk about it finally pushed me to get into the sport.

I picked up a used bowtech t-29 set at 28'' DL and 60# pull all setup up and including a hard-case. Definitely not the latest and greatest rest and sight on it but for me i think it'll work out great to get into the sport with . For 250$ i really cant go wrong.

Anybody on here have previous experience with the T-29? anything i should keep and eye on or expect with it?

Ive been reading everything i can on these forums and other sites and all the info is excellent. I look forward to hanging around and learning from you guys for quite some time to come.

    Tech 29

The Tech 29 is a fast bow. It had an IBO of 320 @29", not 30". It does have some hand shock but it's still a real nice bow. I shot 70lbs and had 297coming out of it at 28" on ACC's. B eproud of it as it will blast a hole in any deer.
