So I am going to be bow hunting deer for the first time this october and november. I have killed many deer with a rifle mostly spot and stocks. I will be hunting in Mississippi the last week of october and Missouri the second week of november. Both will be done from stands. Any pointers/tips you all can give me would be nice. I.E. scents, calls, rattling. Thanks!

Welcome from Iowa. I would start by looking in the video section. There is some great vids you can watch that will get started and give you some tips on some of the topics your asking about. If you have other questions, fire away. Everyone's great about answering questions.

I don't do much calling or use scents so I am no help there, but remember to adjust where you would aim due to your elevation in the stand. If you have hunted from the ground all your life, that can make a difference.
