    Howdy,

I'm new to hunting and I'm trying to figure out what to wear for Arizona deer hunting.

I'm sure it will vary depending on where/when in arizona, but I just want to get a basic idea. I'll be going with a friend's friend later this year and I want to have at least a base point before I start shopping around for stuff.

Welcome to the site [forum] Odii.

I'd say wear something sweat-wicking, and put multiple light-weight layering articles in a backpack.
    Good luck this fall.

From what I've seen, I'd say a lot of the Sitka clothes would be good for Arizona. Definitely agree with moisture-wicking clothing and carrying other layers as needed depending on how the temps are going out in AZ. Here in Alabama, last season I didn't even have to break out layers until January, was still in the 60s and 70s in December, sigh. Good luck this fall out there in the desert!

Check out kings camo desert shadow camo. I really like kings camo and you can get some gear pretty cheap

I'm heading to hunt out West for the first time this fall and I'll be wearing Core4Element gear. It's very comfortable and very affordable. Also love the pattern.

Core4Element, very awesome! Just checked out their website, very affordable. $20 for gloves or beanie... can't seem to beat that for anything quality anywhere.

    Thanks for that link!
