I'm 27 years old active duty soldier with a family. I love my wife and little boy. I've been a rifle hunter since I was 12. My father-in-law bowhunt and this season I started to mingle with bows. I have not purchased a bow yet. I'm on here to learn and share stories.
Welcome to the forum! Nothing but respect to our soldiers! Bow hunting is a great thing, I don't even miss rifle season since I've started bow hunting . When you get a bow, don't be afraid to try out several different brands and modles of bows to find what works for you, most bow shops will let you test a bow out before buying it and if they don't I personally wouldn't do business with them.

As another new bow hunter I enjoy shooting my PSE its a few years old but shoots great! Although I am looking forward to purchasing a new Prime Bow.
