I have recently decided to get into bow hunting. I now have the opportunity to hunt some land near where I live which belongs to my wife's grandfather. So, I decided to look into a bow. After shooting several bows at my local shot I decided on the Mission Ballistic. So I got the bow sighted in and comfortable shooting. My father-in-law took me out and on my second day, I got a small buck. After that I was stoked to be into hunting. That was my first deer. Shotgun season yielded no deer for many of us. Bad crops and some deer related diseases might have contributed to the lack of deer movement. Anyways, below is my first deer. Nothing to write home about but I am still very excited.
