well over the last year ive accumulated thousands of dollars in pcp and spring powered pellet rifles for pesting.my last purchase was a 25 cal that i planned to do some hunting with but have recently found out that i cant hunt in wa with a pellet rifle no matter how powerful it is.now i love the thing.its sub moa out to 100 yards, packs a punch and is dead silent.but my real want is to start big game hunting.so i am in the process of trying to sell it off and am now trying to find the right bow.from the small amount of reading i have done back in 08 bowtech was putin out a commander that would fit me well.i am 6ft 6 so am thinkin i need sumthing with a longer draw.im completely ignorant to the sport and welcome any advise or insight on the subject.

Welcome to the site and the sport. Best advice I can give is come up with your budget then go out and shoot as many bows as you can in that price range. The dealers should be happy to get you set up and decide for yourself which bow is best for you. No one else can tell you that. You will get a bunch of replies to buy this brand or that brand but ignore all that. Find the bow that suits you best, is most comfortable, looks best to you and that you can afford then get ready to have the time of your life!

ya cope ill shoot you a pm.n thank you all for the replies.i went to all the local shops n shot everything that they could setup to a 30 n half inch draw n ended up running into the bear legion twice n both times i really liked it.it seems nice and smooth even at 70 lbs n it sounds like it will wing those arrows downrange fast enough to take anything in washington.so now i just hove to wait on the funds
