I just bought a mathews Halon 6 32 and waiting for it to get here. I plan on going with the QAD HDX rest but in not sure on a sight. I have been looking at the IQ with retina lock but I have read a few things that are making me question it. Also looking at the trophy ridge and the spot Hogg. It's my first bow and I would like to have a quality sight. Any info on these sights would be very helpful. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Look at the Axcel's they are awesome. I've a couple of them, super bright pins. I would get a .010 pin. The .019 pins are to bright. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
I'll look into them. Thanks man I really appreciate it. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
I just bought the Spott Hogg Fast Eddie xl. It's incredible. I didn't think it would make me shoot better but it does. Honestly it's like bows and trucks and everything else. There are a lot of good ones to choose from. HHA, Spott Hogg, Axcel, Black Gold. You can't go wrong as far as quality goes. Do you know if you are going multi fixed pin, single slider, multi pin slider? Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
IQ-made in China and you will know it if you put one in you hand. Black Gold had a quality sight with bright pins for about $100. All I need.
I like the HHA but I'm not a big fan of the single pins. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
HHA does offer a multi pin. However black gold is the direction I went this year after 15 years of shooting HHA. When I spend my hard earned money on a sight it really bugs me when it rusts. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I ended up buying he spot hogg mrt grinder. It will be here Monday or Tuesday. Can't wait to put it on my bow and get to shooting. Thanks for everyone's info. Sent from my iPhone using Bowhunting.com Forums
Not a bad first bow. Mine was a $50 Browning off craigslist sold to me by a man in a bath robe living in his moms basement. True story.
