New to archery and just needed a little help...

    Hello i am new here and was needing some information. I just recently was given a Pearson Bushmaster compound bow and i am not sure how to find a new string for it. I have googled the brand name and it doesnt seem to pull anything up. i realize this bow is old but i should be able to find stirng for it shouldnt i.

    Advise:
    Take it to a Pro Shop for a look over.
    Buy a new bow while you are there.
    Avoid the snack bar and only eat ELK.

    Dont have a pro shop close. live in the sticks. just got electricity last week,,, just kidding.. i am in southeastern ky and am about 2 hours away from a pro shop. The bow says the AMO length is 60. do i just buy that and take it to someone who has a machine to put it on.

    get ahold of hutch....he's got a great reputation and may be able to help you...if not a call to some brand name string makers might get you somewhere
