I got some new ink yesterday and wanted to know what people think. It's not finished yet. Still have to go and get the skull detailed but I think it's looking pretty good. 20180602_190238.jpg 20180602_200957.jpg

Seeing as you asked for opinions ill be honest. Don't go back to the same guy, let someone else finish it, its possibly the angle of the photo but the proportions and perspective of the skull are way off.

    Find a better tattooist.

I feel like I've seen this tattoo before and this is a troll thread.

It’s fairly popular. When done correctly should look something like this.

Which is why I’m saying do not let the current scratcher continue with it.

I was noticing the weird angle issue in my picture and it doesn't look like that in person. I did base it off of the picture posted but with some small changes.

Hey at least his looks like a whitetail and not an elk lol, I have to agree that research before a tattoo is very important.

Tattoo artists are like taxidermists - you get what you pay for and you damn well better find a good one because you're gonna be stuck with the end product for life.

Personally speaking I think it looks terrible. No offense, just not a fan of the artwork or the quality of the tattoo.

Must be a pretty small tattoo.

Nah, it's pretty big, I wanted it to take up most of the available area on it.

It takes regular maintenance but it works just fine. I try to keep it clean and well lubricated, sometimes it takes quite a bit of fondling to get it back in action if it's sat idle too long.
