New Sticks have ARRIVED! I ordered a set of the new Muddy sticks and a harness yesterday. I cant wait for them to get here and start getting some use out of them. Ill do some tests runs on them b4 season and see if I want to order a 5th one. First Impression: Awesome! Fit and finish are perfect. I cant believe how light they are and how well they pack. The rope looks like it could be a tad longer, but I wont know till I get them in the woods. I wasnt able to find the maximum tree diameter written anywhere, only the minimum of 17". Ill have them in the woods tomorrow and do a full test on them. -For those interested, the harness is the new version.
Yes.. do tell when it gets colder outside. I'm VERY curious to see how well they perform in cold weather.. the sticks that is.
Congrats on the order! I am waiting to put in my order till the new version of the safety harness is available. But hoping to have both of them for the upcoming season!
We tested a set of sticks out this past weekend and I was very pleased with them. We'll have a video review posted tomorrow or Weds. Good stuff.
I'm curious about the sticks as well. I'm wanting to add another set of sticks and hang on stand for next season and was looking at going with the Muddy. Looking forward to the video review of them!
I too was told by Muddy the harness's are the new ones. I ordered one so I will soon see. Got a stick too, only one though for the top.
That's what I did Rick. I just ordered a set of lone wolf's and I'm going with an extra muddy to go up top. Can't wait for the reviews, they just seem a bit short unless you want to carry 5 sticks.
