I had this chunk of delrin laying around so I whipped this baby out.... the end plate can be removed to spin arrows or it can be used to square up shafts after sawing them.
You answered a question that I have had for some time. I have a big chunk of Delrin and some scrap wood and countertop material. Will put this on my to-do list. Thanks.
