Finally got into woods for the first time since beginning of April. If I don't have something scheduled, the weather has sucked. Took the puppy into the woods for her first time, she is now 5months old and around 36lbs. her nose was working overtime. Nothing much for Bucks on Camera, this little guy is just starting to nub out. Had a few occasions of Coyote passing through, the colors on this one caught my eye. And lastly, something I really didn't want to see. If anybody ever wondered if Yogi and Cindy ever got it on. The answer is yes. Have had bears around for a while, but this is the first time had new cubs show up where I set my stand. Going to have to be a little more observant with Momma and Cubs around. Should have started putting in for Bear tags a while ago so I'd have the points to get one now.
Kinda glad I only have occasional bears usually this time of year. I would like to be able to hunt them but not enough to have them around all the time.
