    My taxi is a nut. he has a little scalpel with removeable blades (not an xacto, some surgical thing) he cleanes everything with it. he cleans birds at a game farm. guy can skin a pheasant to perfection in like 4 minutes. when i shot my buck last year, he came ver to cape it out. started at the back hooves with that little knife and had the whole deer skinned with every detail in about 10 minutes. he was like "I make a small incision behind the rack and work the skill out that way, so there are less seams." the concept is mind boggling.
    cant wait to see the yote!! that will be a cool mount
