WOW, that is crazy! I have no fear of the bobcats around here, but if I saw that thing I'm sure that would change. I bet that thing could get pretty nasty if it felt threatened!
Wow, what a thrill THAT boy would be walking up and finding in my trap!! I'd LOVE to hear him growl at me!
WOW, nice kitty. World record weight tho? I thought big males could get to be 50 lbs? I admittedly know little about Bobcats except what they look like LOL but there's many in PA and in 20 some years of bowhunting, I've seen 2!... Amazing critters.
They can get bigger then 50lbs. The thing Is not many people call up an official when they get a big bobcat. Minnesota's state record Is 38lbs I believe. My dad told me he knows of 3 different buddy's of his last year that got bobcats over 40lbs. When I told him the state record In Mn was 38lbs and the north American record was 52 pounds he couldn't believe It.
