Some things need to be said. I posted this on another forum I frequent, but I would like other opinions also.

Warning: marinespeak is present through this rant. If you don't understand what I am saying. You could try to ask someone.

    Well folks,
I have tried to talk to the USCG, and the USAF. Neither of them have contacted me back. Not even a letter or note saying that they don't want my service. That was rude. They are now ******'s in my eyes.
I have just sent an email to the IRR person about attending the Grey Belt training in KC, MO in March, in hopes that this will help my cutting score for the Marines, and possibly get me up to what it will take to get E-4.
I have been speaking with the wife, over the last few weeks, and we have come to the conclusion that I was happier when I was in. So was she. The reason that I got out, was because she was accepted into the USAF, as a cryptologic Linguist. A hell of a lot better than what I was doing, and I wanted to go to college.
So, Today, I have decided that I will be doing one of two things. Resorting to go talk to the Army recruiter, and see what my options are there, or just wait untill after I go to the grey belt training, and then talk to someone about re-enlisting into the Marines.

I don't why, but I really want to get a lat move. Not to say I hated being a cook, but I really would like to do something else. The job was easy enough, and having a 72 every other weekend was not too shabby, but I just don't really want to do that anymore. Yes, I love to cook. But I want to cook for me. Not other people. Making Chilimac for 700 Marines, was not that fun, and kind of disgusting after a while.

Okay, rant over. I am at work, and now I am getting pestered by the residents.
