Haha, that's great, see I told you employing those gang members to just sit in the middle of the property with garden equipment would pay dividends. ROFL. That's great news though kidding aside. It's impressive that you're getting that many bucks and also a good spread in age groups. I was really hoping it would be a honey hole for you and I thought it just might be given the situation.
About a week prior to the 4th got a suspicious character on camera carrying a GPS unit in one hand and what appeared to be a pipe of some kind in the other. After posting it on facebook couple things happened. ISP (State Police) buddy of mine forwarded it on to his drug buddy (trooper who handles drug related things) who instantly was suspicious of him doing a drop or a pick up...they see it all the time. Funny thing is in the mean time the facebook post blew up and folks were pushing it everywhere and my cousin-in-law got a message from HIS WIFE! Broken english with a ton of excuses....turned it all over to the cops and was told they'll pay him a visit when they can. Meanwhile the ISP came and did a drug search with dogs and a drone fly to spot any grow operations if any existed. None found. Absolutely priceless! They are what will make it tough to pass him if not impossible. I am still waiting for that monster I know is back there to show up...the place is much more rural than what I'm used to but I was hoping it was gonna be a honey hole of activity and it atleast so far would appear it to be that. Just hope the development of the area around is a slow one because encroachment of the industrial park to the East or houses to the SE could shrink the spot down quite a bit. My dream is to someday be able to buy the 20 or so acres to the direct East that is low lying to the point it rains it floods and is just an open field with the east edge being a creek bottom. Wouldn't garner too much money as it isn't buildable for industrial park complexes, which the current owner is.
