I always thought when a deer tail goes up that it signals DANGER? When they are calm and relaxed, their tails are down or just twitching while they browse.

When a doe becomes receptive and is trying to find a buck , she flags quite a bit as a way to get the attention she wants .

Our Team has dozens of studies and observations of doe's and bucks' using their tails in many signaling positions from, the more common movements like shooing flies, lifting while (defecating peeing), In heat (come and mate) confident wiggle, dominant wave, content and safe. These movement and signal can attract and get the attention from that big buck off in the distance in combination with grunting, rattling and bleating. We are very excited about using our new signaling decoy this up coming season and through the rut! Our new product was developed late season last year and we had great whitetail response!

Not buying it guys.... I understand your concept but don't see it working. A flag on a tree.....? It gives no visual to a deer except a white flag. I could see it on a decoy with the bungees abound the deers hips allowing you to give some life like motion, but a tree.... really???

No problem understand, at one time I didn't believe in rattles, grunt, bleat calls and standing decoys.

Not being disrespectful by any means.... but I would think you could sell more by attaching it to a stationary decoy to give it some lifelike motion. May seem more realistic to the viewer in your instructional video to see it on a deer. No different than the flopping (wounded) turkeys no a days. Easy to use in a blind or a treestand honestly. I used to tie a shirt sleeve on mine, one side brown and the other white to give a little movement to my decoy.

Hi Rutin, Yes agree with you, can be used to signal with combination with a decoy or be used for attracting the buck off in the distance 100 to 150 yards after you have rattled or called, We had good response after the rut last year when the Tattle tail was in creation and will be posting actual video on our website and Youtube. I appreciate you sharing your experience and comments. Steve

Backstrap no reason to be so hard on the guy. There's nothing wrong with him coming on here and trying to promote his product. Especially when he is doing it respectfully.

I think this is a great idea. I will be watching it develope over the next couple of years as well. It seems like a lot of products change and get better as they mature. I have tried so many new products over the years I may just have to try it this season.

Thanks for all your support guy's, We believe in this product as life time hunters and have seen the reaction from signaling using the Tattle Tail. I wish our brother & sister hunters the best that Mother Nature has to offer, be safe and help others.

I saw somewhere that this was supposed to be at Deerassic Classic in Cambridge OH this year, but I did not see it anywhere. Thought it would be worth checking out in person at the very least.

Hey PackerFanShootingMathews, Sorry you missed Tattle Tail Outdoors, A team of 4 was setup with a large professional trade booth with videos and product demonstration though the event. Our next Sportsmen hunting event will be in Carlisle Pa. September 6,7,8 2013. We will be attending more trade shows in the great state of Ohio later in the season.
