I got a new 60 acre lease tonight that hasn't been hunted in two years due to the land owner being too old to get out to the woods. The land owner also mentioned that the last time someone hunted it they killed a 140'' typical 8. I hung three stands this afternoon in some pretty promising spots where there's a bunch of trails and lots of fresh tracks rubs.
We'll see what the outcome will be in the next couple weeks. There's only one other person that hunts nearby and he hunts shotgun and usually only kills 2 deer a year. Hes about a mile down the road.

Man sounds like you found a diamond! Good luck! My best spots I've found late in the season. Hope you lay a couple down!!!

Good property is hard to find. Take care of him maybe get him something little for Christmas. This goes a long way in keeping properties.
