We only like to argue here. What can you hunt where you live?

    Hunt and fish

WELL IN THIS COUNTRY THEY CALL THE LONG WHITE CLOUD
we have a few good animals to choose from such as,
Chamois, Red stags,Fallow deer, Elk or wapiti bulls,Bull tahr,Also Rusa and Sambar stags,Sika stags,Boar, Goats ,Opossums , Rabbits and Hares.
Then theres the birds but ill save that for another time

Now as far as fly fishing theres really only 2 main fish to catch and believe me theres been some huge trophy fish caught and they are the Rainbow trout, and the Brown trout both awesome eating
We have some awesome country and rivers to choose from.

And with our hunting its all year round and if your a bow hunter like myself all you need is a permit which is free online and you dont need a permit for the
bow ,unlike a gun you need a permit

I'm severely jealous that you live in New Zealand.
