How is everyone doing? I have been checking out the site and watching all of the videos and what not. I just have one comment. In almost every one of the videos that ive seen where a deer is harvested, they lose the blood trail and have to come back the next day to find out that the deer ran over 100 yrds. I understand that they are sponsored by NAP but they keep plugging the Bloodrunner when it doesn't seem to be putting the deer down like they advertise. If this just happened on one deer i would be more forgiving, but it seemed to happen on almost all of the deer in the videos. Anyway, i wanted to see if anyone else had noticed that. Hope to have more post of the season that starts this upcoming week!
what videos do you speak of? and plus i dont care what anybody says if you get a pass threw with the 2 1/16 bloodrunner on a good vital shot there should be no losing the blood trial the people that lose the trail are the ones that dont get complete pass threw or a bad shot
Welcome aboard. This is first that I've heard about someone losing the blood trail with a BloodRunner. Everyone that I know that has harvested an animale with them speak very highly of them. I'll be using the 2 blade BloodRunner this season. I have not harvested anything yet with them. Again, Welcome.
I think they had to call Rob's dog in on this one.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=koGtxU6z4k4 If I didn't have a full arsenal of Rage's I'd probably use them this year too...
Welcome to aboard...I agree with LBG as well..and the only thing I can say about that video Buckmaste is "WOW" I really am thinking about shooting these this year just a bit worried about that whistleing everyone is talkn about??
Hey guys! I just want to make it clear that im not knocking the Bloodrunner, it looks like it would work great. I just find it funny how the guys in the videos on this site are really pushing this product but at the same time they aren't doing it any justice. If i had never heard about the Bloodrunner and i saw their video and pitch for it, i wouldn't buy it b/c of the results of the hunt. Anyway, you use what works best for you right? Sorry for the confusion.
Post the link to the video your speaking of. I wanna see it for real. I guess I'm still having a hard time with your logic. Post the link to what video you viewed to make the above statement and maybe we'll better understand. Explain what you mean when you say "they aren't doing it any justice"? What do you mean by that. I don't get it.
These two videos are when they lose the trail and come back the next day to find the deer. http://www.bowhunting.com/videos/bo...now-of-09-illinois-buck-actiondoe-harvest_690 http://www.bowhunting.com/videos/bowhunting-videos/nice-illinois-buck-145-2009_640 This vidoeo is when the buck ran over 150yds. http://www.bowhunting.com/videos/bowhunting-videos/huge-monster-buck-192-a-two-year-adventure_630 Hope this shows what im talking about. Like i said i don't have a problem with the Bloodrunner, this just may be an isolated case.
ok the first video i think the arrow bounce off the deer haha i dont know what happened but he didnt get any penetration oh the shot so hence no good blood trail
