Looks like a QAD ultra HDX with a dampener and some sort of "smart rest technology". In the market for a new rest unsure whether to get this one or the ultra HDX. It appears to be just a re-badge. QAD does one with Hoyt too, same type of deal. Twerpy just decided to put a HDX on her bow, she looked at the Hoyt version (she shoots a Ruckus) but decided that a pink rest was what she really wanted. :D All you need in this life is ignorance and confidence; then success is sure - Mark Twain
It's the same thing as the Hdx just Mathews printed on it, there's a video on you tube were matt is talking about it and saying how they teamed up with QAD. So same thing just with the Mathews name on it.
if my memory servs right i think its $150 msrp i think. i still want one but i will just use my ultra rest i have on it now for the time beeing
