Got some more land to hunt, had a meeting with the Farmer on Monday and they got back to me last night stating yea it's a go. Just need to give them a quarter of what I get from their land. They writing up a contract with their guidelines,

It's only 23 Acres, but it's farm land and they said they have deer, turkeys, coyote, bobcat and other issues. Plus, in MA there's bear season!

Cant' wait to get the cams out there!!!!

20 acres is the largest tract I hunt. You can do a lot with it but you need some food sources or at least a good travel corridor.

Yea.. I fling about 100 arrows just about every night out to 30 yards (it's indoors). So that's not a problem, there's water on one side and with the aerial maps some good areas of interest. Plus, there are fields that they are farming, so I'll be walking along those edges and getting a cam around them.

Just waiting on their "paper work" for the agreement they would like, just basic stuff, nothing of a big deal for what they want.
