I'll give it a better look over when my state gets added. Looked like it could be a pretty useful app from what I could tell.
No you can get land owners on trial. Might take some good reception to load first time Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Havent looked around on it yet except for about a minute after I saw MN was on there. Where do you find that part at?
Yep, wasn't searching too hard. I just punched in "HUNT" and "ONX" and nothing showed in the play store. Suppose I should have tried harder. I'll check it out.
Landowners don't appear so either I am doing something wrong or they don't have that information in my area.
I just checked it out and I'm not sure how accurate it is. The property lines showing behind my house don't match up with the plat books I looked at at the courthouse. Also the arial photos have not been updated within the last year there are new developments that have been built and other buildings that show up that haven't been there for a long time. Seems like a very useful app but I would double check with the courthouse to make sure. I will try to get back out to the courthouse to double check maybe I'm mistaken but I don't think so. I'm in southeast pa bucks county
Everything matched up for me. It would be cool if they got all their maps more updated. Reason I can tell is because of the crops planted in the photo is alfalfa and we haven't had alfalfa there in 3 years. It's been corn and beans. Other than that the property lines checked out good for me Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Instead of quoting ten of you I will answer some general questions. 1. The app will not show landowner names for all of the states/counties. This will come down the road as more info is gathered. 2. This app and their other products are only available for the US. 3. The maps are updated yearly so aerial footage may be lacking in your area, for now. 4. This is not an absolute tool, it is simply a guideline. Take the property lines for what they are. They are combining a Plat4, USFS, BLM, and Topo map into one product. All of the four maps have and include human error. You can't expect this to be 100% exact when all four are combined. That's impossible. The amount of work and data that goes into making a map for one state is astronomical.
Thanks it definitely seems like it could be very useful Ill try it for a week but probably end up buying it.
