I was just searching around on the app store when I ran into this app. I think it is one of the coolest app's!! It is called HUNT by onX. It is basically a plat book on your phone! it tells you who owns the property and also how many acre parcel it is if you click on the property! Give it a try. It is a free 7 day trial then you have to buy it.

The creators of the app are based out of the town I live in. Missoula, MT. They are also the creators of the Hunting GPS Map chip.

Best tools on the market for public land hunters IMHO. I work extensively with their products and am lucky enough to be involved in their Team Hunt program. If anyone has any questions feel free to throw them at me.

That is so awesome. Tell them they are doing a great job and my dad my dads buddies and myself are all going to be purchasing the app! It is definitely worth it for when you are out bird hunting and want to know the land owners name or who owns what and to what point!!

The beauty of this app is the ability to cache sections of your map into internal memory for offline use. There is also a large amount of custom waypoint icons that I designed for the company that have been loaded into the program. This will allow you to accurately distinguish one waypoint to another.

Ya that is cool! I will be saving sections of the map for offline use because it will be easier use in the woods since it takes a little bit to load all of that since there is so much information!! Heck of an app

Tapatalk is the best thing you could do for forums. It's free now. Much easier to read forums on mobile.

Downloaded it...I'd give my opinion about it except it doesn't have my state...so I couldn't use it.

They are currently sitting on 23 states IIRC. The owner told me a few weeks back that they expect 40+ by the end of 2014.
