I just got invited to huntin camp in the Upper Penninsula of Michigan, there is a rustic cabin located on hundreds of thousands of acres of state land I can hunt. The whole week I was there I had the big bucks coming in at night, and only yearling bucks coming in during the day. What can I use or do to get the big bucks coming in during the daytime?

Find where they're bedding and their travel routes, set up about 60 yards off of there bedding areas on a known trail and just wait. Dont call because its too late this season. Make sure your scent free. Hope this helps.

my spot is right next to a river, and there is heavy trails on the river bank. I do not know where they are bedding. all the deer up there kinda roam around because there is barely any hunting pressure on them.

Well you can set up on a heavy river crossing but that wont be a sure spot for a mature buck. Look on a ariel map and scout for the thickest stuff possible or look for rubs/ scrape lines and figure out where the bucks travel, look for gnarly big foot prints. ALSO idk if there is snow up there or not but if there is, find any food sources the deer are hitting and set up over that. This time is year is really a waiting game, just find where the big boys are traveling and bedding, that will be your best bet. Good luck.
