Hey guys, for a few years now my buddies have been trying to get out deer hunting and this is my first offical year. I live in the beautiful state of Michigan and I have only been out during regular firearm season and I ask myself now "what the hell took me soo long"? I'M ABSOLUTLY HOOKED. I loved it and I didn't even get a deer. They have created a monster, this is all I want to do now. I have learned ALOT so far and my buddies are very ethical hunters. I realized that if I bought a Crossbow, this would extend my hunting season. My buddies have given me their opinions on style and type of crossbows, but I wanted to get other opinions from other bow hunters. So I'm looking for your help in making an educated purchase and what I should be looking for in a quality crossbow. What brands are good and what should I stay away from. What are the most important features, etc..... Looking for some help. Thanks Daddy O
Cant really help you on the crossbows. I have shot a handful and it wasnt for me. Why not a compound?
