Welcome to the site You'll have to check you local regulations, but I'd guess that your tags are done. The 12-13 probably is on there if your season runs into the new year.
Welcome from a fellow Lancaster county hunter. I actually just started bowhunting and just purchased a 2012 Bowtech Assassin. Haven't had a chance to get it out in the woods for a hunt yet, but doing lots of backyard practicing. As for your 2012-13 tags, you can not use them for the next season. In PA, our hunting seasons and license start new every July 1. Your 2012-13 license and tags are only good up until June 30, 2013, after which you would need a new 2013-14 license and tag. Drop me a line if you would like to meet up and fling some arrows, Assassin vs. Assassin!
