    Hello all,
Great site. Looking forward to looking around. Sorry for jumping in on your thread but I have a question. Missed a monster last night, 16 yard shot. I am so upset with myself. Got about three hours sleep last night trying to figure out what I did. I went home on lunch today and shot, bow is on. I shot low taking only a little bit of the white are underneath. No blood, he never jumped, he walked away. I am surrounded by scrapes in about a 20 acre piece of woods. No pressure in the woods at all. Here's my question. Do I go back out tonight or do I give it a break for couple days? I need some help here all. I know I said this earlier but I have to say it again....... I am so upset with myself. MIght not get a chance like that again. Advise?

I'd get back in there if I were you. You have a matter of days before any current patterns dissolve into the chaos of the rut. Just my opinion.......

    Good luck!

Thanks for your opinion. Appreciate it.
I am worried about the chaos of the rut also. Once this happens the pattern will change for the old timer. I am sitting in an area with about 4 active scrapes. Watched him the night before about 80 yards out. Fingers crossed.
