I've ordered my new Treewalker Promag with all the bells and whistles, New Predator Camo in Fall Grey, pants, T-shirt, jacket, beenie cap, and a Tru-Fire 3d thumb release.

    Thats it for this season....

I'm ready, going to check my Cam when I get home, it has been out a week in my secret spot....Have it set up over a mineral block that I put out two weeks ago....

    I can't wait.

    Sept. 15th....

I have bought some new stuff for my bow. Apache stabilizer, Apache rest, custom strings, G5 metta peep, NAP Quickfletch, NAP Thinderhead Razors. I may end up buying some new camo as far as bibs and Jacket goes. Maybe a New long sleeve T-shirt. Other than that it will be another stand or two possibly.

Congrats on th enew gear and goo dluck with your season.

just got my new summit 180 max sd yesterday. Took it for a test drive today and the only downfall of it I found was that I might miss a deer walking through because I fell asleep :D

its like putting a lazyboy up a tree

How do you like the Trufire 3d hunter? I've currently got one on order.

    Hey Finch!!!

    I like it.

I got mine for 79 bucks....the guy told me you either really like em or you really don't.

It took me about a dozen arrows to adjust...I like it more than the wrist release because it doesn't get in the way of gloves or slip or bang...

Have you noticed an improvement in your accuracy with this release?

Here is the deal for me..

    I haven't shot since April....

So the first time I shot with the release, I had to adjust to a new anchor point....my first few shots at 20 yards were about like a volley ball...at about the 5th or 6th shot a softball....the last shots about like a tennis ball....

now I'm about 1/2 way between a golf ball and a tennis ball..

I've shot it about 50 times total....

I'm not someone who shoots lots of groups...now I shoot at spots...I'm hitting every bit as good as I was with the wrist release...so I imagine in a few weeks I will be shooting better than I did last year....

It is not some amazing WOW...I'm great now...just more comfortable and confident...which is paying off...

    Does that make sense ?
