NEW GEAR FOR 2012? Give your new gear a "Ye" or a Nay! and.... tell us why!

I'll get it statered and will add more as I have had proper time to evaluate each new purchase!

Blacks Creek Satchel Soft Side Bow Case (Mathews Helim) -NAY
Bow does not fit well with Stab (6") and quiver. Standard arrow tubes don't fit well. I purchased it before my bow arrived. Big mistake! PM if you want to buy it.

Wicked Tree Saws - YE -
Best hand tree saw I have found. I bought a second!

Rhino XP-1 Ground blind ( Lost Camo) - YE -
One of the best blinds IMO in lost camo. How could one go wrong.

    Zink Avian-X Turkey Decoys - YE -
I added Zinks new 2012 jake decoy to my collection! I have their feeder and looker as well. These deeks along with Dave Smith Decoys are second to none. I have both and each have traits I like over the other.

    K-Tech KB26 Stabilizer - YE -
Quality and design is second to none! If you like Axion, you will love K-Tech.

Bought new BEAR ENCOUNTER so far a Ye. Very smooth draw, quiet light weight and compact so I can shoot from my blind.

    I'll play.

    Mathews Heli-m - YE
Been shooting a lot more the past few weeks and this bow rocks. I love the draw cycle and it holds great. A touch more vibration on the shot than my z7x, but still very nice. All in all, I'm digging it.

Pine Ridge Nitro Stabilizer - YE
It's pretty and matches the colors on my bow, so I like it. Very :dan: of me.

    CX Maxima Arrows - YE
Shooting great with them so far.

    K-Tech Sidebar - ?
Basically this bracket replaces the factory string stop and includes an additional Harmonic Stabilizer and a small side stabilzer that's adjustable front and back. I haven't really fine tuned it, but also haven't noticed much of a difference than with my standard string stop. For the $, I'm up in the air. It wasn't cheap.

    NAP Apache Carbon - YE
Love this rest. Light weight and rock solid so far.

    HSS Ultralite Harness - YE!
Granted I haven't hunted with it yet, but from wearing it around the office a bit I love this thing. Having worn both the Muddy and the Tree Spider, I have to say I like the HSS the best. It's very comfortable, easy to adjust, and easy to put on. I'll admit I was skeptical at first, but can't say enough good about it. Hope to test out the lineman's feature when hanging stands next month.

2012 Hoyt Carbon Element RKT Ye- Just plain awesomeness

NAP Apache CARBON Ye- easy to tune no complaints at all.

Apex Gear Nitrus sight Nay- if you are going to need more than four pins, IMO get a slider. 6 pins is just way too much going on in a sight window. It will do until I figure out if I really can afford a CBE or want to buy an HHA.

Comfort Zone Lock on Ye-cheap, $30.00 on sale. I used one of these for a season and a half and couldn't be happier. I will be buying 2 more before season.

Easton Axis Nfused. Ye- as of right now these are my hunting arrows. The only thing is they may be too light.

Beman ICS speeds ye- for 3D on a budget. Light with 100gr tips @ 28", NAP QuickFletch and Beman "S" nocks (better than the factory) they weigh 369.5-372gr.

Mathews Z7X-YE, could have bought the heli-m, but the extreme IMO is a lot sweeter to shoot.

Deep 6 FMJ's-YE, insane penetration and they hit hard! I can't wait to get one bloody!

Badlands monster fanny pack-YE, probably the only hunting pack I'll ever need! More than enough room for everything plus lunch, and it seems to be well constructed.

Plano all weather bow case-HUGE YE, I love this case! I know I'll hear it for this one, but I honestly think its got a tougher sidewall than the SKB's. At 100$ cheaper than the SKB's this case may not have fancy TSA certified locks, but it is tough tough tough! I can't wait to fly with it and put it to the test!

Deep 6 spitfires- cant give a YE or NE as I've yet to kill anything with them, but if they perform like the original spitfires, it'll be a YE. Plus they are sweet looking with that red paint job!

Muddy outfitter hang on-YE, well built, light, comfy seat, large platform. I already bought 2 I like this stand so much.
