    Hi. I've been lurking here for a long time and finally decided to join. I never hunted but have been using trail cameras for 4 years. I have thousands and thousands of pictures mostly of deer. Looking forward to joining in on the conversation here. Some of you may recognize me from various other forums I'm a member of.

    How many deer in the herd on the island? I would imagine no hunting is allowed?

    Hunting is allowed on the island. Not sure of the deer population but it used to be much much more. I've been running 11 trail cameras 24/7/365 for 4 years and have noticed a sharp decline of deer on all my cameras.

    Interesting I have never been to the island but I have seen it, I am amazed when I go east just how much huntable land there is. Lots of good looking deer habitat.
