Hi everyone. My name is A.J., I am from New Jersey as the title states. I am a complete newb to hunting at all. I have enjoyed outdoor pursuits for a long time, but I am at the point where I can't stay away from my wife and daughter for 3 days-2 weeks at a time to go backpacking. Oh how times have changed :D Anyway, I enjoy shooting sports, pulled my old 2002 PSE deer hunter out of storage, have been shooting again my my (albeit tiny) backyard to prepare for my Hunters Ed course in central NJ in the middle of April. Hope to get a couple of areas to hunt on my way to and home from work for the fall deer hunt. I find shooting my bow almost like meditating, and can't wait to see what "modern" bows have to offer, when the sales start around here, preparing for the season. I just need to find somewhere that sells XX75's to I can have enough arrows for my test, without having to buy 12.
