This is the first time we have done a food plot on this property. It is a 80 acre field and was awesome for hunting. It was all grown up with black berry and it was so thick you couldnt see through it. The land owner came in and mowed it last year and it got rid of a lot of cover. The deer were still out there like crazy so we decided to put in a food plot. We went in and weed-eated it all down to where we could see the dirt, We had a bunch of grass that got cut in the area so we put it into big piles and drug it out of there. Then we came in with a tiller and tilled it all up 2 times and it was like powder, the dirt was great. We Planted turips in this plot. It is about 60 yards by 60 yards so just under an acre. I hope it starts to grow soon! Here are some pictures from the day and I will be making a video soon and i will post it up when it is done!

Before we cut it. It was just tall grass, weeds, and small trees.
