I'm personally not overly concerned about the camo pattern. From what I read, the Optifade stuff really does work. Not only that, but I hunt primary out of stands and camo is really far less critical there than on the ground. My main premise for buying the jacket was function. I just love how this thing is setup in terms of pockets and design. It addresses everything that I wanted in a jacket. Full zip, but still has a Kangaroo handwarmer pocket, grunt tube pocket, rangefinder stash to keep it out of the way, other pockets for whatever I feel needs to be in them, etc. I can't wait to put this gear to the test this fall.
