I've been a big fan of my FMJs for the last three years and it was time for new arrows this season. I went with the new deep six injexion FMJ's. Essentially it's a carbon injexion shaft with an aluminum jacket. They are significantly smaller in diameter than my old FMJs which should help decrease wind drift and increase penetration. I added the new nitro vanes from pine ridge archery which look great and are supposed to generate more lift than blazers. I fletched them myself using the Arizona EZ fletch mini. This was my first time fletching shafts and found this jig very easy to use and it put a nice three degree helical on the vanes. The custom crest was hand painted by Brad wiedeman of pass thru custom arrows. His work is second to none. Check out his website if you're looking to give your arrows a custom look. Anyways, sorry for the ramble but I'm pretty pumped to send one these through a turkey next month.

That's a bummer to hear about that. This is my second set from him and had 0 issues with my first set. He's a good guy that seems to stand behind his work. He's told me on both occasions if there's anything I'm not satisfied with to send them back so he can make it right.
