To me, Ripcord is the ONLY way to go! I don't think I'll ever own another bow without one on it!

^^The only difference I can think of is the QAD doesn't drop down if you let down from full draw- I think? The Code Red does.

I personally love my Code Red and haven't had any problems. When I was deciding on a rest it was between the QAD and the Code Red, the only thing that made my decision was the red on the CR matched my Z7 accessories. They're basically the same rest imo. I have the original Ripcord on my older bow, and the CR on my Z7- Love them both.

I put a Ripcord on my bow last summer and it was the best investment. I can shoot further and my groups are better.

Another vote for the ripcord, went from a WB to the ripcord. I was a little worried at first but my first two shots with the ripcord were touching at 25 yds.

I've had the code red on my bow since I bought it new last March. It has been absolutely flawless. A good friend has on his destroyer 340 and it too has been flawless. So much so that my other friend I shoot with at work is getting on for his turbohawk. he has a QAD hunter but it's bouncing and getting fletching contact.

The ONLY complaint I have with mine is that the bolts aren't coated and are prone to rust. I emailed them and they said it was because I didn't wipe my bow down when I was done hunting but I literally sat there in my stand and watched it rust, also none of my other bolts did.
However, they did send me an entire bolt kit, overnight, free of charge. Therefore i would approve of their customer service as well.
