Just picked up my new pistol. As soon as my carry permit gets here this will be my carry gun. It is a Ruger SR9c. One of the pics is with the full size SR9 17 round mag with grip extension and the other is with a 10 round mag and pinky extension.

Sweet! Know guns, know peace, know safety. No guns, no peace, no safety.

Good choice! Very good gun for the $400 price tag. Clean trigger and very reliable action. I was somewhat apprehensive on them at first due to Ruger's less than illustrious reputation with automatic pistols. This has since been cleared up.

I almost bought one this past spring but ultimately ended up with a Glock 23

I like the glocks too but i figured i would start with this and more than likely I'll get a glock to add to the collection soon.

Nice gun, you may find the magazine stiff, but reliable weapon. Good Job!
