new buck

    trail cams had a ton of buck pics this week, all but the 1.5 yr bucks were still pretty much nocturnal. The action is picking up and I excpect them break out the daylight movement any day now.
    This was a new buck that showed up this week

    Wow, I thought you guys(IA) would start experiencing rutting activity before we did(NJ).

    Daylight movement has really started to pick up here in NJ. Plenty of shooters out with hours of light still to burn.

    They're staying out a little after daylight here in Southern Iowa, but not much.

    Iowa Veteran, are you seeing more movement in the mornings or afternoons? I have a feeling we are currently in the calm before the storm.

    I've been seen them in the late afternoon,about 5:30-6:00 pm.:)
