Not sure if anyone has seen this yet or not or even heard of Dave Smith Decoys but our team hunts over their goose and turkey decoys and these things are rediculously awesome. I have no connection with Dave Smith and am not trying to solicite anything, but they recently came out with a Posturing Buck Decoy. It's the most realistic decoy i've ever seen. Of course with great realism and durability it comes with a hefty price tag of nearly $600!!!

Would you be willing to pay that kind of money on a buck decoy? I mean we spend hundreds on trailcameras and other equipment why not spend it on something that helps kill that deer of a lifetime!! Personally I'm not purchasing one anytime soon, but they sure look cool!!

Looks cool but way out of my price range.

The montana decoy's look good too and are 1/6 the cost. Might as well take a life sized mount out for that cost

WOW... if I hadn't seen the supporting rod holding it up, I'd have thought it was real. The price is WAY out of my league though.

I agree that you can get a low quality full size mount for that money.

Wow!!!! I goose hunted w a guy that calls for bill Saunders this early season...he had dsd goose decoys w him....I jokingly told him if we put the dsd's out on day 1 I wouldn't be able to decoy a bird the rest of the year w mine! Anyway, it has an expensive price because his decoys are that much above all the others.....truly incredible stuff. And it will hold up in the field better than a full body mount. No, I don't have one....and no, I'm not getting one....just been around lots of goose decoys and I was amazed by his...just my 2cents

Don't think I would spend that much either, but that is one badass decoy!

Is this the same guy that makes Floozy decoys? If it is then I am sure it is a great decoy! I have yet to play with Deer decoys and want to give it a try. Man it looks like the real deal.

I'd be afraid it'd get shot as I was walking up to take it down.... Looks real, but I won't be spending $700+ on it (tax and shipping).

I like how they say on the site to not use it for gun season! It seems like it would be a pain in the a** to carry out to the woods too.
