    Hey guys,

Wondering if anyone would mind suggesting possible stand locations where will be hunting (peak rut) below in the Wurtsboro Ridge Open Space...I'm thinking at the top of the ridge near the pond?

Ha good point Carbon Rage....but just based on the topography of the area where are the most obvious areas to place a stand/scout? Would you start with the top of the ridge or bottom?

Thats a tough picture to work with its such a large space, i know the area your referring to and theres a lot of deer in that area. So finding them shouldn't be terribly difficult your gonna need to get in there one day and tear through it i would try and hit al sides of it and work in towards that ridge looks like a cool area to me

:deer:paum, there appears to be a saddle in that ridge just east(left)of the north end of that pond.I'd be willing to bet you will find crossing trails in that saddle.I'd also try to figure where the thickest junk on the property is.you know thats where they will bed during the day.and as ALWAYS<REMEMBER THE WIND!!!
