heres what u do next time you're shooting. dont adust anything... just keep shooting until all of your shots are grouping together and doesn;t matter if they are all off but as long as they're together consistently, is what we're looking for.. also have the shop u go to check your arrow rest. it might be loose.. it might appear fine.

I just took my bow to the shop today, and apparently there were several issues that need to be taken care of that are contributing to these problems, one of which is that my draw length was about 2 inches too long which is apparently causing my string slap issues. My d-loop that was put on my bow where I bought it is also too long, and the way I had my sights were causing me to adjust too much off my form to see the pins which was causing wild shots occasionally. The guy is also going to look it over more carefully and fix my problems in a few days, as he is pretty busy right now. He really seemed to know what he was talking about and said i'd be good to go when he got done with it. I am very glad I joined this site, as it has helped me to know a little more about what I was talking about and helped me to address some of my issues so that I can correct them. This is definitley more difficult than hunting with a gun, but I look forward to this challenge and hopefully will be getting better at it all soon.

Congrats on the new bow...new to the site but been shooting now for about 8 yrs. Is your bow a new bow that was a display or demo? if so, look at changing the strings. If the string on your bow has been stretched to far gone then that also may be a cause. Once you adjust a pin then get 1 0r 2 good shots then after that your shots go south and have to readjust your pin and the same thing happens where you have to re-sight. it may be your string and cable. As time goes by remember to change out your cable and string. They will stretch. Always get premium grade pre-stretched string and cable you will thank your self for it down the road. This should be the last thing you adjust on your bow if your accuracy is being affected b/c it is rather pricey of good string and cable.

Yeah I will be updating after I get it back from the shop, hopefully tomorrow. I'm pretty stoked about it to say the least.
