So I just got a new bow I put the mathews down and decided to test everything out there and got a 80lb Eltie impulse 31 and its shooting a 596 grain arrow at 21% foc at 277 FPS needless to say im extremely pleased with my choice and i wont be shooting a Mathews again for many reasons. Defiantly give Elite a look.

Just shot the elite impulse and option 6 along with triax and halon 30&32 pse carbon air pse expedit and Hoyt rx1 turbo went with the Hoyt . Elite had nice back wall but to much hand shock sounded like a tuning fork . Shot all bows with no stab just a rest on purpose so I could get a good feel for them . Got 300 FPS at 70 lb with 455 gr arrow out of the Hoyt

200 grain Strickland helix and yes it flys with my field tips out to 90 and past 90 it's about an half inch right and a half inch low at 110 yards it's all about how well you tune your bow for a set up like the one I have otherwise you can get issues but I tune it a very specific way to get good results needless to say bone isn't an issue for me

I've been thinking about looking into an Elite.. we have one local dealer, but he has crazy hours and is never open.

1/2" right and 1/2" low at 110 yards?????? WOW If you have sub 1/2" groups at over 100 yards you should shoot the archery circuit.

No not half inch groups at 100 yards im saying at 100 yards the difference between 200 grain broadheads and 200 grain field tips is 1/2 inch lower then my field tip groups i do not shoot 1/2 inch groups at 100 yards lol i shoot about 6-7 inch groups at that distance.

I understood. My point is if you can tell that your groups 1/2 off at 110 yards you would beat the pros.

its simple science of shooting groups taking measurements in relation to the center and then measuring the change between the heads... but i do shoot ASA tournoments

I'd be happy with 6-7 inch groups at 60 yds lol.
