Congrats on the new bow! Accessories are such a personal preference. I like the Pine Ridge Nitro stabalizer personally but I don't think it really matters as long as you like it. Same for site and quiver.

Look at the Limbsaver stabilizer, a wrist sling, a peep sight, some limb dampeners, maybe some cat whiskers to quiet the string a little, a sight and if you want to affix a quiver to the bow, all the best and happy shooting

I agree with cat whiskers and limb dampeners. They're inexpensive and really do help reduce vibration and noise. A quality sight - make sure you get a sight that has metal pins and a metal frame - they last a lot longer. Plastic pins and frames can deform and wear out quickly if tightened too much.

If you're going to shoot with a quiver on the bow - invest in a nice one. Look for vibration dampening features and two arrow shaft grippers. If you're just using the quiver to carry arrows with your bow and remove it before you shoot, than any inexpensive one will do.
