I am super stoked right now!! I bought a few new things for my bow in the past few things and I am super happy with it. I may even keep it through the end of the 2012 season!!

    The goodies:
    -NAP Apache rest
    -NAP Apache stabilizer
-Custom built strings (neon green and black)
    -New string silencers
    -New D-loop
    -Carbon Express Quad Pro heads
-G5 Meta Peep (to be installed tomorrow) I had to shoot in the string today.

All in all it was worth every pennie! My bow is super quiet now. I have shot many new bows that this thing would be verry close to being quieter than. I am planning on shooting the chrono tomorrow. I hope I have gained a few FPS with the imorovements. I was at 265fps before. To top it off, my arrows have never flown straighter off a rest. I get to see how much my groups have tightend up after the peep is installed tomorrow. All I have left to do is paint the riser black and I am done!!! I am feeling good about this season!

Just thought I would share with everyone.

I really like the green in the string. That thing is going to look sick once you have the riser painted up black.

What stabilizer were you using before the apache, what kind of difference are you feeling between the two?

Thanks for the compliment. I wanted to match the string with the rest and the stabilizer. Thought it would look pretty nice like that. I know its an older bow but, I just can't afford to go out and buy a new one so I decided to improve this one the best I could.

I am not sure what the stabilizer was I had. It was one I took off another bow that I aquired. The two biggest things I noticed was a huge reduction in vibration to none now and the bow doesn't have that little kick at the end of the release like it did before. It is also ballensed perfectly now. With the new string silencers, rest and the stabilizer it is the quietest bow I have shot to date.

Yes I have and I have loved every second of it. I can't wait to draw back on my first deer of the season. I feel confident it will be a successful harvest.

I wish you and everyone els on here the best season they have ever had!!!

I love what you have done with the bow :) I tend to think it will look better kept camo than black however IMO ;)

I didn't have time to paint it before I have everything installed so it looks like it will be staying camo for this season. I really did want to paint it and thought I would hav time to get it done but, everything fell into place just right to have it all changed out and set up in two days. All I have to do now is make a few adjustments for the broadheads and its ready for the season. So, I am not going to tear it down and have to retune it.

Now, the season can hurry up and get here. I can't wait to arrow my first deer ever with it.

That's where I'm at currently. Just spent a lot of money on mine and am in the process of refining my shooting. I'll probably get the broadheads mounted up early next month so I can work with them

    Thanks man.

How do you like that Alpine quiver you have? Does it have a tree hook loop on it? I looked at them the other day but, I can't remember if it has one or not.

I figured if I buy the accessories now thats a good amount less I will have to spend when I buy a new bow. I am hoping to buy a new one next year.

These have tree and stand accessories which are extra purchases. So far, I really like my 7 arrow quiver. Feels about the same in weight as my old 4 arrow.

I was thinking the same thing. But, I will most likely skip next year for purchase (will be three on this bow), then buy everything new then and use this one as a backup.

I like the quiver. It's not fancy, but it's solid and it makes it easy to get your quiver off quietly. I use mechanical broadheads so there is just some space in the receiver for the broadheads that I use to hang it on a screw in. They do sell a tree mount, but I've never had any problems with they way I do things. http://www.shopatron.com/products/productdetail/part_number=QU-00085/418.0.1.1?

I will be buying a 3 arrow quiver. I will only be taking three in with me at a time.
