Is the dove tail easy to adjust on the HF sight? Wondering because I am going to be doing some Western hunting next fall and need the bow to travel easy in case without having to remove the sight and make a tone of adjustments.

Love your bow BTW. Tight Spot quiver is also a nice add!

Thank you. The Hogg father sight is really easy to adjust. Even to get it set up was a breeze, just had to follow the instructions and it was straight forward. Whenever I travel with the bow I just loosen the screw that hold the dovetail and the whole sight and rail just slide out. Most of the time I just loosen it and slide the whole sight back towards the string and then re tighten it, that way it fits in my bow case. I'll post some pics tonight so you can see what I mean. After you put the sight back on the bow you don't have to adjust anything at all. The Hogg father as well as the Hogg it also come with the option of having a know at the back of the sight so you can hand tighten the sight onto your bow to fasten it so you don't need an Allen key. Like I said I'll post pics to give you a better understanding.

Sorry I wasn't able to get back to you sooner.

That is how the sight is attached to the bow. There is only that top screw you have to loosen with an Allen key.

You can then either slide the sight back as far as you want or need to in order for it to stay on the bow and fit in a bow case.
    Or
You can slide it completely off the mounting system. You are able to do all this without having to do any adjustments afterwards and you don't have to worry about anything.

There is also the option of using this knob to hand tighten the dovetail to the mounting system. It's even quicker than the Allen key way but after trying it around taking 30 shots or so. It started to loosen off. I went back to just tightening it with an Allen key.

I never chronoed mine. I'll see if I can next time I'm at the bow shop. That's good speed for a 500 gr arrow! I did end up sighting it in with 100 grain tips.. So my arrow weight I think was around 450.
