Has anybody shot or tried or bout the Bear Charge. I'm new to bowhunting so I'm not really even sure what a good bow should feel like, and I'm on a budget b/c I recently got engaged. Thanks for the help.

I have not shot any of this years Bear Archery bows. I have an 07 Instinct that I still love to shoot. Bear Archery IMO keeps raising the bar and is still crackin' out some of the best bows for the dollar.

Oh, by the way congrats on getting engaged. Wife and I will celebrate 6 years tomorrow.

I can't say I've shot the Charge but I like bear archery. I picked up a truth 2 last year after doing alot of reading/research and visiting a local pro shop. I picked it up and tuned and tweeked it myself. I just tried to learn as much as I could about my bow before I used it in the woods. With three deer taken in maybe a dozen hunts last year I would say my Bear served me well. You're on the right path. You're on this site and asking question. I believe bear archery makes some quality bows and I don't think you would be wrong in picking up a Charge.
