Hey everyone, I am new to Bowhunting.com and the forums. I am also fairly new to archery hunting, although I have been archery hunting for a few years. Here is my first question: I have been shooting Gold Tip XT hunter arrows, but the price tag is a bit steep right now to order another 1/2 dozen. What is the downside to buying different arrows and using them? Is that a good idea or bad? I know that I will need to shoot those new arrows to figure out how they shoot, but will there be a vast difference? I love to shoot, but I am shooting in preparation for archery season. That is my focus as far as my target shooting. What do you all think as far as what arrows would be best to shoot. Would a different brand arrow suffice? Thanks for any help you can offer!

there are a lot of different brands and they are all good but if you are shooting the gt and like them i would just go to a pro shop and just get a couple you do not have to get a dozen at a time, yes it is better because they are usually matched by weight but just one or two at a time will get you there. $10 is not that much just cut out a couple of mnt dews a week it will be worth it
