Getting ready to get some new arrows and looking into the Easton Axis. Anybody know on their website when you plug in your info if they want the total length of the arrow with or without the broadhead for the recommended spine weight?

    Without BH......"arrow length".

Better way is to download the free trail of shaft selector from pinwheel. Plug in all your specifics and you can choose spine and (just as important) arrow length. Pinwheel Software - Software For Archers, Tapes And Charts, Shaft Selector

I shoot axis. I would recommend the 50gr inserts and I found that Flex-Fletch FFP-360 vanes work the best for me. I had built my own arrows for 25 years. Now for the same price as buying all the parts, I can have Jerry at South Shore Archery: Custom Arrows supply archery equipment - Custom Arrows, and Bare Shafts and A Full Line Of Archery Equipment and supplies. build arrows for me. The 6 dozen I got from him so far were all perfect. There are also good guys on here that make great arrows.
