Came home to find 2 Doz GoldTip Pro Hunters awaiting me. I've hunted w ACC's pretty much for the last 15 years... minus a year for heavy alums out of my 82nd and killing my pronghorn w GT pro 22's... I'll be anxious to put these arrows through a rigorous workout. :-)

    How's things?

Looks great Rob. Its definitely your call because they're yours but did you accidentally put the wraps on upside down or did you want them that way? I was just thinkin the flames should be burning the other way.

Dang Rob! Where have you been?

I tried to zoom in on your pic to see but I couldn't make it out. Are they 5575 or 7595? I shoot GT Pro Hunter 7595s out of my Drenalin. I have those weighted to 530 grains total weight. Absolutely awesome arrows.

I shoot GT Velocity Pro's out of my Heli-m. I'm not sure why I bought Velocity since I ended up weighting them to right around 500 grains total weight which really defeats the purpose of the lighter GPI Velocity.

I should have just kept shooting the 7595 arrows.

Yours are looking sharp, by the way. :tu:

I love new arrows too. It's like a new project just waiting to come to life.

I shot the GT Pro Hunters for years and they're a very good arrow. I switched last year to the CX Maxima Blue Streaks, just for something different and find them to shoot a bit better for me, but the durability is not near as good as the GT's.

I'm sticking with the CX's for this season, mostly because I don't want to screw with something that worked very well last year and with an upcoming trip out to Ohio. After this year, I very well may end up going back to the GT Pro's.

Thanks guys, all 12 that are wrapped are fletched up... picked up some Nocturnal lighted nocks to play with, took 2 shots and that went very well, very pleased.
