ok im sure this has been beat to death on here, but currently i am shooting victory v3 arrows. exact weight i am unsure of right now. i will be getting gold tip xt hunter arrows for hunting and target shooting. id like to get them up to the 400g mark. set up is 52lb draw weight, 29inch draw length, 28 inch arrow 100g tip, blazer vanes. any suggestions or tips would be great..

A .400 spine and a 100 grain brass insert will probably get you right around where you want to be weight-wise and you will have a great FOC.
